Enquiries
We use your name, phone number, email, series of interest and message to answer your enquiry and carry out pre-contractual steps you request (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Marked fields are necessary to handle your request. This form does not automatically subscribe you to a newsletter.
Security and operation
The website uses Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the form against automated submissions. It processes IP addresses and technical browser signals; we do not use it for advertising. Security relies on legitimate interests (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). Our form does not create PHP session cookies.
Recipients and external services
Authorised staff handle enquiries and reply by email or telephone. We do not forward contacts to Mecnosud or other dealers. We use Hostinger for hosting, Netsons for email, Google/Gmail to access email and Cloudflare for spam protection. These providers process data to deliver their services. Google Analytics, Meta and Vimeo are enabled only with consent to the relevant category. WhatsApp opens only when you select its link.
Retention
Enquiries and contact details are kept in email for 48 months from receipt to handle the enquiry and related commercial correspondence; this is the period adopted by the controller. This does not subscribe you to newsletters or promotions. If a contract follows or legal rights require protection, relevant documents may be retained for other applicable periods. Provider logs follow the periods necessary for their technical and security purposes.
Transfers and rights
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under applicable GDPR safeguards, including adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and, where applicable, portability and objection. You can withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing and complain to a data protection authority. We do not make decisions with legal effects based solely on automated processing.
Cookies and similar technologies
Preferences are stored in your browser (roma-consent-v1, 6 months). Google Analytics may use _ga and _ga_* (up to 2 years, if enabled); Meta _fbp and _fbc (normally up to 90 days). Vimeo uses dnt=1 but may still require essential player cookies. Rejecting optional services does not prevent you from reading the site or contacting us.

Language preference is stored in your browser (roma-language-v1) and is used only to show your chosen language. On your first visit to the homepage, we may suggest a language using your browser settings and a country code provided by the hosting service. We do not request precise location or send your IP address to an external geolocation service.
